The Refresh & Renewal program @Doshihouse
is an initiative designed to provide our dedicated employees and staff in the challenging hospitality industry with a well-deserved break and the chance to recharge their energy and creativity. As part of this program, we offer a unique benefit of two weeks of paid vacation to eligible team members.
We understand that working in the hospitality industry can be demanding and fast-paced, often leaving little time for rest and personal rejuvenation. We believe that by providing our employees with this extended period of paid leave, they can truly unwind, spend quality time with loved ones, pursue personal interests, and return to work refreshed and invigorated.
During this time, we take the opportunity to slightly refresh our menu. While our core offerings and customer favorites remain intact, we use this period to introduce new seasonal dishes, explore innovative flavors, and incorporate feedback from our team members and customers. This allows us to infuse renewed creativity and variety into our menu, ensuring an exciting and evolving dining experience for our valued patrons.
