Within its 12' x 20' space, we are allocating 8' x 11' to the smoothie bar and the remaining space (12' x 9') as a small business market. This market will serve as a low-risk, high-exposure retail opportunity for entrepreneurs looking to test their products, gain customer feedback, and establish their presence in Third Ward.
